Welcome to Erica Wood Fire Bistro & Raw Bar, where every dish reflects our passion and dedication. Our journey began in 2021 when Troy, who had previously run Yolk Asian Kitchen in Clemson, discovered a charming space with an Italian wood-fired oven. This discovery inspired him to open New Yolk Kitchen, driven by his desire to master pizza-making and his love for fermentation.
Troy immersed himself in the craft, creating our signature wood-fired sourdough pizza with a meticulous 48-hour fermentation process that ensures exceptional flavor. Our commitment to excellence turned New Yolk Kitchen into a beloved spot for pizza enthusiasts. In 2024, Troy and Erica opened Erica Wood Fire Bistro & Raw Bar, a rebranding inspired by Troy’s newfound love for wood-fired cooking and Erica’s genuine hospitality.
Our vision is to be a neighborhood bistro cherished by locals and a must-visit destination for visitors to the next generation. Our menu now features a diverse array of wood-fired dishes, including expertly grilled steaks and fresh seafood, alongside a vibrant sushi and oyster bar. Each dish is crafted with the same care and dedication from our early days.
